Again, I would like to thank you for a wonderful trip to Italy. We had a great time and as usual, everything went perfectly. We were picked up and transported on schedule. The hotels were first class and the service fantastic. We had a wonderful time also and can’t wait to go back In Florence our guide was very good. Not only was she knowledgeable and personable, but she recommended a restaurant for dinner that was out of this world. Castello di Spaltenna was out of this world as usual. The service and personal touch from the entire staff was excellent. Our drivers in Tuscany were Sabrina and Andrea. Both very knowledgeable and pleasant. They made the tour something special. Our guide in Rome very good and her explanation of the creation of the Sistine Chapel was very detailed and educational. Last but not least, Giacomo. He made our trip. He was with us for 4 days and it was 4 days we will never forget. He is so knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Again, thank you for all your help.
