Opening its doors in 2011 in the Val d’Orcia landscape, the Castello di Velona Tuscan Resort and Spa offers 46 rooms which divided between the Spa and Castello area.
Each of the rooms are elegantly appointed with antiques, prized fabrics and materials, and period furniture.
Warm and cosy with exposed beams, the style of the castle rooms also feature hand-made decorative motifs and paintings as well as terracotta tile floors, large fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings.
Nineteen new suites and rooms of the castle’s new wing feature a contemporary and linear design. Hot spring baths and designer furnishings complete this luxurious accommodation to go with the stunning view of Val d’Orcia and the vineyards that the Castle is surrounded by.
