Campobasso - Molise
Undiscovered Molise in south central Italy offers nature, history art, great food and wonderful traditions. The province abounds in hills and mountains which are etched with “tratturi” or trails that were used for season migration of people and livestock between Molise, and the neighbouring provinces of Abruzzo and Apulia in the days of old.
In Molise you will also find the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. This amazing and extensive nature reserve offers wonderful scenery and is the home of many animal species and a variety of vegetation. There is also great skiing in Molise.
