Sorry I haven’t written sooner! We had the most wonderful time on our trip, we couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. Three weeks in Europe and not a drop of rain! A few snowflakes in Ferrara, a lovely novel experience for the kids! We are now back to a very steamy Brisbane summer, so as you say it was a pleasant escape. Thank you so much for everything. Every step happened perfectly, the guides were all wonderful, the drivers too, and all exactly on time and where we expected them to be. Great hotels with very obliging staff we arrived in Florence to find Nigel had left our passports in the hotel safe in Venice! No dramas, they arranged to get them couriered down to us. Everyone we dealt with spoke very highly of Road to Italy. We loved Italy very much and certainly intend to return one day. I’m so pleased I discovered your website, I’m sure that our trip definitely exceeded what we would’ve experienced with Globus. Thank you so much again from a very satisfied family. Denise McMillan
